Includes results of general elections, political platforms, listing of government salaries, and even many poems. Appendix I contains many significant orders from the spanish government. Appendix II includes biographies of the people shown in the photos or engravings in the text. The final section is a description of Cuba and a summary of its history added by the editor).4
